Through our programming we provide our members a fun, medium to fast pace, striking class that will have you fighting through the class yet smiling by then end. Our coaches focus on teaching you how to properly strike a heavy bag while integrating both calisthenics as well as weightlifting through a one our class. This striking class will give you a workout that will have you use every muscle in your body and will surely test your limits. We leave no one behind of course.
