Krav Maga

Krav Maga is an effective, modern, and dynamic self-defense and fighting system. It is designed to be practical and intuitive for people of any age, shape, or size. The techniques expand on your natural instincts to develop skills quickly and effectively, while enabling you to address attacks under any scenario. You will learn how to defend yourself and your loved ones, while gaining increased awareness and instinctive reflexes.

We are affiliated with Alpha Krav Maga. Alpha Krav Maga was founded in 2013 by 7 th Dan Black Belt Sam Sade, an Israel born- IDF soldier. He was invited to teach Krav Maga in LA California where he grew as an instructor and evolved into an international Krav Maga leader. Through his professional experience he created the most practical, reality based self defense system on the market. His system is readily available at our facility with coaches who’ve had the pleasure and privilege to learn directly from him.

Through realistic and effective drills, we can bring the adrenaline rush and realism of what it feels like to be in a possible attack. By training in these realistic drills, we can better prepare you for what the real event feels like. Most attackers take advantage of civilians who have zero to little experience in self-defense and take advantage of the adrenaline rush that fills their potential victims.

Not only is it an effective self-defense, it is an amazing workout. The fast heart rate, the no quit mentality, the ongoing cheers from your fellow classmate and instructors make it a full adventure every time you step onto those matts. Best part of Krav Maga is that it worked for absolutely anyone and everyone. Whether you are in the absolute best shape of your life or haven’t exercised in years, the classes and coaches are prepared to offer you the exact workout you need through proper in detail instructions.

Anyone can teach how to throw a punch, a kick, block, or evade, we focus on teaching you to find that don’t quit mentality. How to find that inner voice that says keep going and don’t stop. That small but powerful feeling inside all of us that says you CAN do this, and nothing will stop you. It’s simple, we believe that you are never too young, old, out of shape, or out of time to learn on how to keep yourself and your family safe.



Constantly Varied functional movements done at high intensity, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.

They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective, and it gave birth to a global network of CrossFit affiliates that number over 13,000. Harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means.

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. The magic is in the movements. Workouts are different every day and modified to help each athlete achieve his or her goals. CrossFit workouts can be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

The CrossFit program is driven by data. Using whiteboards as scoreboards, keeping accurate scores and records, running a clock, and precisely defining the rules and standards for performance, we not only motivate unprecedented output but derive both relative and absolute metrics at every workout. This data has important value well beyond motivation. Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad,general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.

Through proper instructions from our certified coaches with experience in the field we will prepare you to be in the best shape of your life. Our coaches are prepared to scale up or down accordingly to give you the best workout you deserve. You will be guided through the workout step by step and will be assisted into finding the optimal weight and amount of reps.

Another great addition to the program to help stay injury free is our free ROMWOD access we give to all our members. ROMWOD is a great 15-20-minute passive stretching exercises. It is online programming that changes daily, and we give our members access to it right at the facility through our tablets.

BIG 3 (Strength Training)

What is a compound exercise? It is an exercise that works multiple muscle groups at the same time. There are three big lifts that not only take just about every muscle in your body to properly do, but also takes an in-depth understanding on how they affect the body. This class has been put together to go into the Squat, Deadlift, and Bench press and how to properly go about them. These three big lifts are known as compound exercises. In this class we will teach how to properly warm up, stretch, set up, and execute the movement in a safely manner. Not only will you be doing the lifts themselves, you will also be taught in properly using secondary muscles and the muscle mind connection. This class serves two purposes, get you stronger and keep you safe.

Strike F.I.T. (Functional Intensive Training)

Ever wonder what it’s like to train like a fighter? How you can make cardio fun and even forget you are in fact doing cardio? How to take basic strike and lifting routines to the next level? This is that class that answers it all. Through our programming we provide our members a fun, medium to fast pace, striking class that will have you fighting through the class yet smiling by then end. Our coaches focus on teaching you how to properly strike a heavy bag while integrating both calisthenics as well as weightlifting through a one our class. This striking class will give you a workout that will have you use every muscle in your body and will surely test your limits. We leave no one behind of course. Perhaps you have certain limitations if that is the case, we gladly scale it appropriately so that you still get the best workout that matches your skill level. By scaling we help you reach your goals.
